Totally unprofessional had no respect for my property what so ever. company turned up late did not do what was agreed, caused damage of over £600 then decided it was the weather that was at fault,even managed to paint my rear wheel blue.due to not masking the car before painting I Had a second opinion from other smart repair companies and all said it requires a bodyshop due to the damage. The bodyshop informed me that it would require over 14 hours of paint work to rectify the damage caused by Quality Smart. I complained and had a poor response from the company. The workmanship is poor and the Quality of work is disgraceful.
