\"From: steven , Subject: Underfloor heating We were called out to 18 Rosehall crescent, G717FQ, to check their underfloor heating. We were advised that the underfloor heating in the kitchen, down stairs toilet and bathrooms upstairs does not work as it’s supposed to. I advised client that they would need to get the company who installed it out to check over their work as it is up to them to sort it out, especially with it being done just recently. I also found that the fuse holder for the kitchen underfloor heating had melted. Perhaps the area was too big for the supply? I told client that we could return to issue a certificate for the underfloor heating if and when the issues were resolved.\" Plast and Dec never resolved this problem
