We had a kitchen tap that had sheared off somehow overnight, I went through rated people and Martin Pollard responded. He came out within 40 mins and did a fantastic job, replacing the tap, he then saw that my sink was leaking and also sorted that out. I then mentioned 2 problems with my washing machine and dishwasher which he also sorted out. Nothing was too much trouble and he was kept everything very tidy. I wish I had discovered him years ago as have had to do a lot of plumbing works in this house over the years.
