Do not use this man he is a thief. He will request payment up front and then never deliver work. He also tried to get payment sent to multiple accounts claiming there is a problem so be careful you don\'t get caught out twice.

We have also had the same problem and have reported him to the Police and Action Fraud. Make sure you report him too to Merseyside Police

Received unsolicited email form this guy. Went thorough what I needed and paid him. Agreed a date to have Tender back. Called him and he was v abusive. Day arrived , no tender and no response to emails. Luckily has left myself enough time to do the estimate myself. Have reported to Merseyside police. He\'s on LinkedIn and Twitter. Have advised LinkedIn . On Twitter. @ cmbs. BEWARE. after this called a couple of the other people who\'d commented. Same story. Called people who recommend him on LinkedIn. Couldn\'t get through. Chris Moules targets small contractors. Takes money for a service he is not capable of providing and then disappears. Lost large Job because I believed his excuses and waited for him to send me the completed tender. Delay after delay and then had to give up and accept I\'d been conned. Reported to Trading Standards

Received email offering his Quantity Surveying Services he gave me a quote on headed paper told me to pay 100 into a Santander account and post drawings to him in Newton Le Willows. I decided to drive and drop them off as it is t to far away. Suprise the post code took me to an area that the address given didn\'t exist. I text his mobile to say I am outside and to come and meet me for cash payment and I will give him drawings. No reply from text and his mobile is constantly engaged!! Same story as everyone else.. Paid him 250 upfront to qs a job for me, he had it for three weeks and then all the excuses started missed the tender date and everyday he would promise it next day and it never arrives, complete liar who never answers his phone you just get text messages.. First time I was tendering for a new client on a 600k job and made me look like a complete incompetent fool.. Stay away from this man it will end in disappointment and frustration..

As other people have stated, paid him upfront, then received nothing but incompetent excuses from the little boy. He comically then even tried to be aggressive with me saying he was being pressurised into finishing the job even though it was already late.
