zoeripley1 The owner of this business is incredibly rude, she demands payment in advance, and swears at customers. I paid upfront for 4 days care and on 6 occasions asked if i could pop over and meet the owner and see the kennels in advance of my puppy\'s first day and was given numerous excuses to why i could not come and to just turn up on the day. When i challenged her about it she told me to F OFF and hung up on me, she then cancelled my booking by email and told me she was keeping my money! My Advice is to stay away - you and your dogs deserve better

On behalf of k9 hotel which we have run since 1998 with much repeated business and many happy customers we would like to respond to miss Ripley who was highly recommended by a very good customer and now friend of ours drew mason who is upset at this wild allegation. Miss ripely booked in her dog approx 2 weeks before the booking and of course was asked to pay to hold her dogs place, if the booking was further into the Calender a deposit would be required. We urge on our website it is best to meet but she chose not to as recommended. She chose to call the day before the booking to visit when I was unwell and could not accept the visit. She chose to say this was not acceptable and flew into a rage. Sometimes when people are ill and work from home this situation is unavoidable which we apologised for and miss ripely also had plenty of time to visit from time of booking.

If you like your dog then send it somewhere else, this is the worst business in the UK, my dog was traumatised by her stay and was badly bitten by other dogs and has never been the same since, this place should be closed down.

Mr Eric cusk as far as we can see you are not a customer of ours, however we offer the dogs freedom of the paddock we are not a caged kennels and a home run business, if a dog had been bitten we would of course take it to the vet. If you can provide us with your vetinery report and dates of your dogs stay we will look into your claim. We have never had any dogs bitten and the rspca and rbwm are happy.
